Returns & Refunds

We believe you will love your new items; however, we understand sometimes you won’t know until you try it.

If this is the case, simply get in touch with us within 14 days and feel free to return your item for a full refund.

To start you return process, these conditions are to be followed:

- The items have not been used and are in the exact same condition as they were dispatched. If the item was found not in its original condition (used, scratched, or broken), we will not accept the return.

- The items are to be returned in the original packaging, including boxes and protective wrapping to avoid any type of breakage or chipping.

- The items have not been personalised either within engraving or customised choosing different colour by your request. 

When shipping the items back to us, please pack them securely and send it to the address provided below. We regret that we are unable to refund any return postage charges. We will always suggest to send all returns by Recorded Delivery to ensure the safety of your purchase, in case of loss or damage, we will not be held responsible. Your refund will be issued based on the value paid for the products and to the same payment method. We will process the refund within 3-5 working days from the receipt of the goods.

Customers are responsible for return shipping cost.

ORDER CANCELLATION:

We understand that from time to time you may change your mind. In this case, please contact us and we will get back to you within 2 hours. You can cancel your order at any time before it’s despatched, followed by full refund. Once the goods have been shipped, we won’t be able to cancel your order. However, you will be then able to return your items once received, following our Return Policy. 

 

FAULTY ITEMS:

We would like to ensure you that all our items are going through quality control prior to the shipping. However, in the unlikely event one of our products may get damaged during transit, we will either fully refund the purchase price, or provide a replacement. To start with your return, you will have to contact us within 24 hours of receipt. We will also ask you to provide us pictures and letting us know what the issue is. After this, we will arrange for the faulty item to be delivered back to us, and once received we will dispatch
new item or issue full refund.
